Free shipping on orders over $300 (within Australia)

Shipping charge of $10 on orders under $300 (within Australia)

  • Shipping within Australia:
    • Deliveries are shipped via Australia Post (Local and international) or DHL (overseas) with a tracking number emailed to order recipients.
    • Our delivery terms apply to all offers and agreements relating to the sale and delivery of products purchased via any of the byfreer. sales channels.
    • byfreer. website prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are stated in $AUD. (currency conversion tab on website)
    • byfreer reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at anytime.
    • byfreer orders are concluded and considered complete upon recipients receipt of email confirmation (ie; all emails are date and time stamped) which includes tracking number for the shipment.
    • Upon receipt of byfreer email confirming package tracking number recipient assumes all responsibilities for said package.
    • Please note that until a purchaser has received tracking confirmation it is still possible to cancel an order.
    • byfreer strongly recommend shipments be addressed to a home or office location.
    • byfreer does not recommend specifying a PO box as delivery address. 
    • Deliveries are concluded on business days (ie; Monday to Friday).
    • All national (Australia wide) shipments are sent Australia Post (using their Express Post facility) and may require a recipient signature, unless otherwise specified by the recipient, to acknowledge and confirm receipt of package.
  • Shipping outside Australia:
    • Shipping charges for deliveries outside Australia: Express shipping is $50AUD per package. * byfreer only ship Express Post and specify recipient signature is required.
    • (DHL Express and Australia Post Express Post are the nominated carriers.)
    • Other charges relating to orders from outside Australia:               Any VAT/GST, import taxes and duties applied by a country, state or territory are to be paid by the customer. All shipments will be arranged/shipped as Duty Not Paid. 

Website Payments:

Secure Payment processing is available using:

  • byfreer website uses Shopify/Stripe payment gateway.
  • major credit cards including Amex, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Afterpay.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

If you receive a faulty, damaged (eg; in shipping) or incorrect item please contact byfreer. for resolution.

Where fault, damage or incorrect shipment occurs byfreer. will refund the value of the returned items including shipping costs per the Terms and Conditions of our Returns and Refunds policies.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your byfreer online purchase we encourage you to return your item(s) for a refund where:-

  • The items being returned are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and a copy of the original invoice provided.
  • Items are received at byfreer within 30 days of date shipped.
  • Returns are shipped with a tracking number as byfreer is not liable for the loss of any items in transit.
  • With the exception of faulty or incorrect items, cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Returns accepted for refund are acknowledged by email (to the email address nominated by the customer on the original order).
  • Refunds* will be processed against the original method of payment. (Ie; EFTPOS, Credit Cards etc. * (Please Note: Refunds only apply to purchases from the byfreer online store. byfreer do not provide refunds against either Paddington or Potts Point in-store purchases. We do provide exchange of or credit against in-store purchases where the purchaser is not completely satisfied. Exchange or credit is, however, dependent on the garment being in original shop condition with all tags in place and the return date being no more than 30 days after date of invoice.) 
  • Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing of refund payment.
  • Please note: byfreer does not exchange items or provide credit against returned items.
  • If you wish to change an item please return your original purchase for refund (per the above guidelines) and place an order for your preferred piece.
