Order up to three pieces to try at home, delivered free of charge. Style them together or mix and match with your own wardrobe. Return anything you don’t wish to keep — we’ll cover the return shipping*. You only pay for what you love.
How it Works
Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.
Checkout & Authorisation: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
Receive and Try: Once your order arrives, you will have 4 days to try on the items.
Complete Order: We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order. Select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns
Return Guidelines:
1. Email your proof of purchase and tracking number to: online@byfreer.com
2. You will automatically be provided with a prepaid return label to stick to the parcel, please use original packaging.
3. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of requesting a return.
4. If you decide to return all items, a small $10 fee will apply — just to help us offset shipping costs 🙂 Thank you for supporting mindful fashion.
