swan around in our featherweight cotton skirt. made of 3 components : the paper cotton forms the skirt to the knee. then the overskirt is made from cotton georgette. the pocket is cut in cotton organdy. the elastic waistband has a "paper bag" rolled effect - it can be rolled further to shorten the skirt or less to lengthen. true to size.
