    Caring for your byfreer garments is simple. For most pieces, a gentle machine wash followed by hanging to dry is all it takes (no need to break out the iron!).

    And for delicate sheers, just pop them in a wash bag and let them cycle through a gentle wash.

    Is my item eligible for a refund?

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free from stains, fragrances, and bodily odors. All tags and buttons must be attached.

    Exceptions: earrings, sunglasses, headwear, scarves, and garment accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

    We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased on sale are eligible for a credit note or exchange only. Garments need to be in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. To view our returns policy
    How To Return My Items?

    You can return your in-store or online purchase at any byfreer boutique within 14 days. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation which was emailed to you at time of purchase.

    Your return will be assessed per our returns considerations above. If your can't get to our stores and your order was made online, please email us at online@byfreer.com with your order number and reason for return and we will reach out to you to assist with your return.

    All acceptable returns can be exchanged, a in-store credit raised or a refund made to your original payment method with 7 buiness days.
    Can I purchase items with another currency?

    Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
    Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please email us at online@byfreer.com and we will endeavour to respond the next business day.
